Answer: The current PCS3 flat rate freight cost is $275 in the continental USA. This freight charge covers shipping from the factory to the point of delivery, which is the ship-to address. This charge does not include special options ordered or needed at the time of delivery such as two men, a lift gate, moving the crate to a specific location, storage fees, multiple delivery attempts, etc. All special delivery options requested by the customer are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the freight company at time of delivery. If the freight company bills SolarAttic for such optional freight expenses, SolarAttic will invoice the extra freight charges to the customer. IF any special freight arrangements are anticipated, the customer should advise SolarAttic when the order is placed so the full freight costs can be factored into the order and payment can be made for the planned extra delivery services.
